If you need a physical exam for school, sports, WIC, Headstart, working papers, college admission, or just for peace of mind, please call us at 716-308-6302 for an appointment.
We can usually see your child quickly and we can provide hard copy, email or fax results.
We do not require you to become a regular patient!
We pride ourselves on providing a thorough and complete health evaluation with hematocrit and lead testing as needed. We also update immunization records on line to save you time and prevent duplicate shots. (less ouches!)
It costs $30 and the money goes to support our clinic and allow us to provide services to those who are in need. As with all our services, if you can't afford the full price, we will work with you.
