Flu Shots

The Children's Clinic at St. Lawrence

has received H1N1 (swine) flu shots.

As of December 11, 2009 SWINE FLU SHOTS AVAILABLE TO ALL!

Walk ins for vaccinations from 9:00 AM until Noon Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Other hours by appointment only. There will be no walk in hours and limited appointments from December 23, 2009 until January 4, 2010.

The high risk target group is:

- Age six months up to the age of 24 years
- Pregnant women
- Adults with a chronic illness under 65 years of age
- Health Care providers
- Adults caring for an infant under 6 months of age

Seasonal flu shots are only available for children ages 6 months to 19 years who are eligible for the Vaccines for Children program until further notice.

Adminstration fee is $5.00 ~ if you are uninsured or your carrier won't pay us.

We are located behind St. Lawrence Church at 1520 East Delavan Avenue, Buffalo NY 14215. Follow the signs for the Clinic from the parking lot behind the church. Our telephone number is 716-308-6302.
